GURI Freight provides freight transportation, warehousing, logistics management, and express delivery services. The specific scope, pricing, and terms for each engagement will be set out in a quote, booking confirmation, or service agreement provided to you.
We reserve the right to subcontract any part of our services to qualified third-party providers. We remain responsible for the performance of subcontracted services to the extent set out in these Terms.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, industrial action, road closures, extreme weather, or infrastructure failures.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GURI Freight Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GURI Freight's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude all implied warranties and conditions except those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
